* Send email introductions to all parties.
* Verify documents are properly executed by all parties.
* Ensure escrow has been opened and all parties have received the appropriate documents.
* Follow up on loan approvals.
* Confirm and verify appraisal has been ordered.
* Prepare and send Addendums for signatur
Upon Executed P&S or OTP (MA)
* Send email introductions to all parties.

* Create and maintain calendar of events and task list.
* Ensure all disclosures are complete.
* Schedule and follow up on inspection, walk-through, closing, and any other appointments.
* Obtain Finance Commitment on or before due date.
* Monitor compliance with contract terms and deadlines.
* Prepare Fuel Proration (if applicable)
* Order final water reading (if applicable)
* Coordinate tasks with co-broke agent and title company.
* Request excess overage check from Agents accounting department to bring to closing
* Upload documents, reports, and disclosures to Dotloop
